The adoption of UDS+ data submission by health centers will promote uniformity through a standardized reporting structure. Utilizing certified electronic health record technology (CEHRT) platforms in a meaningful manner can eliminate disparate reporting styles amongst health centers. Is your health center collecting patient care data currently that meets interoperability standards? This session will include strategies for interpreting your clinical data in preparation of HRSA's adoption of UDS+ reporting. Attendees will learn skills to understand their data and the importance of clinical data structure for transparency and accountability. Learn from Quality Improvement staff of a Health Centered Controlled Network (HCCN) that works across the nation with health centers to analyze workflows to improve population health outcomes, break down data silos, and advance the utilization of standard reporting terminology.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participant will be able to locate measure steward value sets for clinical quality measures.
Participant will learn tips for analyzing current clinical data to identify gaps or potential barriers in meeting measure reporting components.
Upon completion, participant will be able to describe impact of UDS+ patient-level reporting on population health activities.
