Elizabeth Sledge, LPN, PCMH CCE, NCP, serves as the Senior Director of NextGen Services at OSIS, a nationally recognized Health Center Controlled Network. With 23 years of healthcare experience, including 14 years working closely with community health centers, Elizabeth oversees a dynamic team of leaders providing strategic and operational planning for the OSIS NextGen Services department. Her responsibilities span practice management, EHR clinical workflow, comprehensive project management, and revenue cycle optimization. Previously, as an OSIS Quality Consultant, she guided health centers through regulatory reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and achieving interoperability metrics. Elizabeth’s passion lies in ensuring health center requirements remain central to operational CEHRT support and decision-making.
