Capital Link/Capital Fund
Rebecca Regan, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Link and of Community Health Center Capital Fund, Capital Link’s Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) lending affiliate, non-profit organizations that work with community health centers and primary care associations across the country to help them plan for growth, access capital for expansion and optimize operations to reach sustainability.
Ms. Regan has 25 years of experience working in community development finance to drive social sector change, with a background in management, strategy, leadership, finance and capital raising. Ms. Regan served as Executive Vice President of the Housing Partnership Network, a national non-profit membership organization of affordable housing organizations, CDFIs and housing counseling agencies, and prior to that served as President of BlueHub Capital's Loan Fund. During her career, she has raised over $450M in debt, equity, and grants for non-profit housing developers, CDFIs and social enterprises.
She sits on the boards of Boston Impact Initiative and New Ecology, both nonprofit organizations focused on economic and environmental justice. Regan is a recently appointed member of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Consumer Advisory Board.
Ms. Regan holds a BS from the Boston University School of Management and an MBA from Babson College.
