Project Manager, Equitable Health & Well-Being

Cloé Destinoble, MPH serves as the Project Manager for Equitable Health and Well-Being at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). She currently leads initiatives that help health centers develop data-driven approaches to document and address social drivers of health (SDOH) through collaboration and standardized data collection. Cloé launched her healthcare career by optimizing provider workflows and boosting efficiency, providing a strong foundation for understanding healthcare delivery systems. She then transitioned to health promotion, where she honed her communication skills by crafting culturally sensitive public health content to prevent disease transmission. Her prior experience as a Biological Scientist in epidemiology departments provided healthcare and the importance of reaching diverse audiences. Building upon her knowledge, Cloé led projects that directly supported frontline healthcare providers serving underserved populations. She developed essential resources, delivered continuing education, and provided technical assistance, all aimed at strengthening clinical care in these communities. Cloé holds a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health from the Department of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at Stempel College of Florida International University. Additionally, she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
