Louis Brady serves as President and CEO of Family Health Center of Worcester, an FQHC serving inner-city communities in Worcester, Massachusetts. With two decades of experience in the health center movement, Brady has held leadership positions at several FQHCs, including roles as Chief Operating Officer at Lowell Community Health Center and Cornell Scott Hill Health Center, Site Director at CHCI, and Executive Director at Geiger Gibson CHC.
Brady's commitment to community health centers stems from personal experience, having received pediatric care at an FQHC. He believes that trust is essential in creating healing relationships and that fostering a sense of belonging is crucial to achieving the health center movement's mission.
Throughout his career, Brady has focused on adapting to the changing healthcare landscape while maintaining unwavering commitment to patients, staff, and community. He emphasizes the importance of inclusion and healing in the FQHC model.
Brady holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. His leadership continues to advance the FQHC mission of providing quality, accessible healthcare to underserved communities.
