Lindsay Sailor is the Health Center Support Manager at the Michigan Primary Care Association since June 2015. In her role, Lindsay leads the Midwest Network for Oral Health Integration (MNOHI) HRSA grant, a groundbreaking initiative that has spanned five years and involves collaboration across four states. MNOHI is a visionary endeavor aimed at seamlessly integrating oral health into primary care visits for children aged 6-11. Under Lindsay's guidance, this initiative has positively impacted 34 health centers spread across Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and Ohio. Her work here demonstrates her commitment to advancing healthcare accessibility and quality for the most vulnerable members of our communities. Beyond MNOHI, Lindsay serves as a trusted resource for Technical Assistance (TA), performance enhancement, and strategic planning regarding oral health integration, access, and optimization within Michigan's Community Health Centers. Her expertise extends to a prior decade-long tenure at an FQHC in Kalamazoo, MI, where she was instrumental in driving quality improvement efforts. Lindsay's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in community health education from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in public health, with a specialized focus on dental health, from A.T. Still University.
