Aaron Todd, MHCDS, MPP is the Chief Executive Officer of the Iowa Primary Care Association, a membership organization supporting and advocating on behalf of Iowa’s fourteen community health centers and the 250,000 patients they serve annually, and two sister companies: INConcertCare, providing health information technology and data analytics services, and IowaHealth+, a clinically integrated network owned by Iowa’s community health centers focused on advancing value-based care with health centers’ integrated model of care at its core. Aaron leads a staff of 45 passionate professionals working to support the evolution of a community-health-focused system of care that envisions health equity for all. Previously, Aaron worked for the Iowa Legislature, leading research and negotiations on health and human services policy for the Senate Majority. Aaron’s career has also focused on economic and community development, a passion of his that he now pursues through service with nonprofit organizations and government commissions. Aaron serves on multiple nonprofit Boards of Directors, including the National Association of Community Health Centers, OCHIN, and Greater Des Moines Supportive Housing. Aaron earned a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, Master in Public Policy from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University.
