Mrs. Noguera joined CMC in 2014 as the Chief Executive Officer. She brings to CMC over 40 years of experience in health center operations and leadership. Her career path started as a medical assistant, with subsequent career moves into health education, center management, quality, operations, and leadership prior to her appointment as CEO of Community Medical Centers in 2014.
Christine earned a Masters in Science in Healthcare Management from the University of San Francisco, and graduated with a degree in Nutrition Science from University of California at Davis. On graduation from Davis she joined the Peace Corps and spent four years in Nicaragua, working with community health and nutrition projects. Her work has included an emphasis on the establishment of quality, culturally and linguistic appropriate primary care services utilizing an integrated team model approach to move health outcomes forward. Well known for her collaborative and innovative approaches.
