CMF2 - Partners of Choice: NACHC & AHA: Partnering to Improve Health Outcomes and Advance Health Equity

Join Dr. Kyu Rhee, President & CEO, NACHC, and Dr. Eduardo Sanchez, CMO, AHA for a discussion about how their organizations are partnering to advance equitable health outcomes. This session will focus on shared efforts to improve heart and brain health, especially through blood pressure control and Life's Essential 8. Attendees will learn how health centers and their partners can leverage science, education, practice and policy to make progress across three areas: 1) 'Provider of Choice' and improving patient health, 2) 'Employer of Choice' and improving workforce health, and 3) 'Partner of Choice' to advance shared goals of improving access and advancing equitable health outcomes for all patients.
