Many healthcare organizations have a desire to proactively identify and address healthcare inequities among their underserved and vulnerable patient populations. Using population-level lab data, FQHCs are positioned to improve patient outcomes and better meet value-based care goals.

To support these efforts, Labcorp has developed analytics programs which incorporate the use of benchmarking and Area Deprivation Index (ADI) with lab values to identify patients and communities for targeted intervention efforts. This information has been recognized by national partners, such as the CDC CKD Surveillance group, as invaluable in enabling timely and actionable information at the community level.
