Are you a health center board member who is ready to take that next step and serve as a board officer or committee chair? This interactive learning session introduces key skills needed for these important board leadership roles. Participants will have a chance to learn from one another and an experienced board leader, as well as engage in small group discussions and case study-based learning.
Learning Objectives:
Define board leadership roles and the common core competencies across these roles.
Describe how to facilitate effective committee meetings and/or board meetings.
Describe strategies for navigating group dynamics.
