Dr. Sanga Krupakar serves as the Vice President of Network and Analytics and leads the Health Center Controlled Network Program (HCCN) supporting the North Carolina Community Health Center Association and its member health centers with leveraging health information technology and data to improve operational and clinical practices. In her current role, Sanga leads the development and implementation of NCCHCA’s analytics platform which is an integrated solution for interoperability, patient outreach and engagement, care delivery optimization, care coordination/management and population health management. Sanga brings with her a solid core foundation in population health with nearly 17 years of professional experience in medicine and public health. She has previously worked with the North Carolina Division of Public Health on federal grants that aimed to improve the quality and delivery of clinical services and integration with community-based chronic disease prevention and management programs. Sanga has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences, India and a Master of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
