Cydnee Parsley, MPH, serves as the Deputy Director of Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) at the National Association of Community Health Centers. She currently partners with health centers to identify patient-level social needs and to use SDOH data (specifically PRAPARE) to inform upstream community efforts that advance health equity. Cydnee began her career with Special Olympics Florida (SOFL) where she worked with community health centers, healthcare providers, and university partners to implement health and wellness programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). During her time in this role, she completed a Master of Public Health from the George Washington University, where she focused on health policy and health communications culminating with the completion of a community-based project with Florida Voices for Health, leveraging community storytelling to advocate for Medicaid expansion in the state of Florida. Her skills include the development, implementation, and evaluation of disability-centered health equity programming to support healthcare providers and consumers.
