Training and Coaching Integration Director

Teagan Drawbridge-Quealy, MEd & MSW, is the Training and Coaching Integration Director for Upstream USA. Teagan is passionate about ensuring that all people have access to their reproducitve health needs. Teagan has over 15 years in the sexual and reproductive health space, with interests ranging from curriculum and training development, to facilitation, and direct sex education delivery to students.
Prior to joining Upstream, Teagan was an educator and professional trainer with Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM). In that role, she designed and facilitated training workshops for educators and youth, serving professionals across the nation. Her work included editing PPLM’s comprehensive sex education curriculum, Get Real, focused on an LGBTQ inclusive and trauma-informed approach. Teagan has also worked on supporting sex education for folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities, through delivering direct education and supporting training for professionals. Teagan’s commitment to creating inclusive, trauma-informed, patient-centered learning content and to reproductive freedom is a lifelong passion. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Human Sexuality Education and Social Work from Widener University.
Teagan is a Massachusetts native and currently lives on the South Shore with her husband and two children. When she isn't working, she's likely on the beach.
