Greater Lawrence Family Health Center
After 10 years of working closely with the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) community in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Rosa moved to Florida and became the program manager and spokesperson for the Healthy Start Coalition of Southwest Florida, promoting health and safety on local TV programs. She then became the clinical director of a surgical OBGYN startup while studying Pre-med at Hodges University.
Upon her return to Lawrence, Rosa became Manager of Events and Public Health at Groundwork Lawrence, managing food insecurity initiatives. She spent 3 years as Lawrence's Health Inspector and is now an Investigator for the state of Massachusetts.
Rosa's leadership is evident in her roles as Chairwoman of the GLFHC Board and President of the CDC Lawrence Community Works (LCW). With over a decade of experience, she influences the public health sector. Her understanding of policies related to healthcare equity has brought her to
the table with political figures to ensure the support of various legislations. Her versatility continually demonstrates her commitment to public health.
Rosa provides consulting services for executive chair and board management. Her dedication to the community and experience in public health and nonprofit management make her a valuable asset to
the organizations she serves.
