Health Equity Compact
Lindsey Tucker, MS, is the director of the Health Equity Compact, a coalition of over 80 leaders of color across Massachusetts working toward for racial health equity through transformational policy and practice change. The Compact seeks to eliminate systemic barriers and create new structures and processes that will lead to equitable healthcare and health outcomes for all in Massachusetts. Previously, Lindsey served as Associate Commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and was the founding chief executive of Vermont Health Connect, Vermont’s state health insurance marketplace. Lindsey worked on the implementation of earlier health reform efforts in Massachusetts at Health Care For All and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation. Lindsey has a master’s degree from the Harvard School of Public Health and a BA from Yale College.
