Daniel Miller, MD is a practicing Family Physician and a Senior Advisor for Sun River Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving approximately 250,000 patients throughout New York’s Hudson Valley, Long Island and New York City. His work focuses on the mission of Sun River Health and the Community Health Center Movement to pursue Justice and health through providing excellent and equitable healthcare for everyone.
Dr. Miller also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and is a co-Chair of its Board Task Force on Undoing Racism.
Dr. Miller is a long-time member of New Rochelle Against Racism (New RoAR), a local community multi-racial, multi-generational antiracism working group based on the Principles of the People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond. His national and international presentations often focus on the impacts of Systemic and Institutional Racism and Poverty on health, healthcare and the Community Health Center Movement.
