Steven Sera, AAMS

Steven Sera, AAMS® is the Immediate Past Chair of the MHC Healthcare Board of Directors, a 2022 NACHC Elizabeth K. Cooke Advocacy MVP Award recipient, a 2023 Spirit of Philanthropy Award recipient, and Managing Member/Owner of Catalina Wealth Partners, LLC based in Marana, AZ. Since joining the the MHC board in 2013, Steven has served in multiple board leadership roles including Chair of the Compliance Committee, Chair of the Finance Committee, and Treasurer.

He has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry with a track record of success in leadership roles. He earned the prestigious US Bank Pinnacle Award in 2008 and the Top Branch Manager award with JP Morgan Chase in 2010 and2011 before starting a successful career as a Financial Advisor.

Steven is a constant and motivated advocate. He supports the growth and advancement of the health center movement across the country as a member of NACHC’s Consumer/Board Member Committee and as a speaker at NACHC conferences. He has contributed to multiple published articles on topics ranging from board leadership, financial oversight, CEO partnership, teaching health centers, and advocacy.
