Join Dr. Kyu Rhee, President & CEO, NACHC, and Dr. Alice Chen, CMO, Centene for a discussion about how their organizations are partnering to support health centers in the transition to value-based care (VBC) and improving equitable health outcomes. During this session, attendees will learn about shared efforts to design VBC payment and delivery models that work for health centers, as well as how those models can improve health outcomes. The session will focus on efforts to improve outcomes in maternal and child health, with a focus on addressing maternal and child health disparities based on race, ethnicity, and geography.
