CSuC2 - Scaling Integrated Care Innovations Training to Achieve Workforce Retention and Improve Health Outcomes - P2P NETWORK SESSION

Join session facilitators for this proposed Peer-to-Peer Networking session to engage with an expert from Cherokee Health Systems, pioneer in integrated care delivery, and their training and technical assistance partner, JBS International, to learn about and discuss innovative integrated behavioral health care practices that can lead to enhanced workforce retention and burnout prevention for providers and improve health outcomes for patients. In this session, presenters will share adaptive behavioral health service provision strategies implemented at CHS and other health centers across the country. These strategies have enabled increased schedule flexibility and remote/hybrid work options for behavioral health staff, translating to increased staff satisfaction and retention. Simultaneously, these innovative strategies have expanded behavioral health service access to those isolated, marginalized, and disenfranchised populations most in need.
